Introduction

For media buyers managing high-demand campaigns, having access to new domains quickly is essential. Eversend’s domain purchase wizard simplifies this process, enabling you to bulk-buy, manage, and customize domains effortlessly to support your campaigns. Whether you need a few domains or hundreds, Eversend makes the process seamless.

This guide will walk you through the steps of generating, purchasing, and managing domains using Eversend’s domain wizard, ensuring you meet the needs of any campaign with ease.

Step 1: Launching the Domain Purchase Wizard

• To start, navigate to the Infra/Domains section in Eversend and click the button to launch the Domain Purchase Wizard.

Note: Only Creators can launch the wizard. If team member doesn't have a creator access to Domains section, they will see a Permission Error.

• Choose one of your Domain Registrar accounts. Make sure that your account has sufficient balance to purchase the number of domains you need. Since Eversend is still growing, we will work on letting you know the balance beforehand.

Step 2: Generating or Entering Domains

Once the wizard is open, you have two options for adding domains:

• AI Domain Generation:

  Let Eversend’s AI generate domain names based on your campaign’s needs and choose preferred TLD from the suggested list.

• Manual Domain Entry:

  Alternatively, you can manually enter up to 100 domain names, specifying the exact TLD (e.g., example.com ). This is ideal if you already know the domains you want or have a specific branding strategy.

You can switch between AI generation and manual entry at any time—except while the AI is in the process of generating domains.

Option 1: Generate domains with our AI

Let Eversend’s AI generate domain names based on your campaign’s needs and choose preferred TLD from the suggested list.

1. Enter keywords that will be used to generate your domains. You can enter each keyword in a new line or divide them with a coma. Each keyword can contain up to 4 words but we recommend you to use 2 for better stability of generated results.

   

2. Choose TLD from the suggested list. You can see the price already to choose an optimal domain by price.

Option 2: Manual domain entry

Alternatively, you can manually enter up to 100 domain names, specifying the exact TLD (e.g., example.com ). This is ideal if you already know the domains you want or have a specific branding strategy.

Similarly to entering keywords, you can enter each domain in a new line or divide them with a coma.

You can switch between AI generation and manual entry at any time—except while the AI is in the process of generating domains.

It may take a up to 15 seconds for the AI to generate your domains.

Step 3: Managing the Domain List

Once your clicked Generate Domains or Find Domains, they will appear in a table format. Here’s how you can manage the domain list:

• Availability and Pricing: The system will check each domain’s availability and show the price. Unavailable domains will be flagged for easy identification and regeneration.
• Bulk Operations: You can either regenerate unavailable domains or delete them from the list in bulk or one-by-one with just a few clicks.

Step 4: Regenerate Domains

Eversend offers several ways to customize and modify domains, especially if some of your initially generated or manually entered domains are unavailable for purchase. You can apply customizations to one, multiple, or all domains in your list at once, ensuring you can quickly secure the domains you need without restarting the process.

Here’s how it works:

• Select Domain Name(s): Choose one, multiple, or all domains from the list for customization and click Regenerate in the floating bar or right in the table.

Additional Customization Options:

Eversend provides several additional options to help make your domain names more unique and available:

• Modify with Prefixes and Suffixes: Eversend provides both system-suggested and custom options. Choose from suggestions or enter your own custom prefix, suffix or both.
• Letter Duplication: Randomly duplicate a letter within the domain to create a unique variation (e.g., "peppapigg.com").
• Add a Dash: Insert a dash (- ) at an appropriate position within the domain name to enhance readability or availability (e.g., "peppa-pig.com").
• Alternate TLD: Choose a different TLD from the dynamic picker (e.g., .net , .store , .online ) with real-time pricing information.

• Once you've selected your customizations, click the Regenerate button to apply the changes. Wait a few moment while AI is generating your new domain.

  

With these customization tools, Eversend allows you to instantly modify and regenerate domain names that are unavailable, making it easy to purchase all required domains in one batch without delays.

Step 5: Checkout

Once you’ve finalized your list of domains, click Buy Domains:

• Default Renewal Period: Domains are purchased with a 1-year renewal period by default.

• Handling Unavailable Domains: If any unavailable domains are selected during checkout, Eversend will automatically skip them in the API request, ensuring the purchase proceeds smoothly.

  

Step 6: Post-Purchase Processing

After the purchase is completed we recommend to update the page to see an updated table:

• Tracking Purchases: Eversend assigns a PurchaseID to each purchase for easy tracking.
• Pending Domains: Since purchase process may take up a few seconds or even minutes, your newly purchased domains will appear in the table with Pending status. Update the page to check if your domain is Active.
• Active Domains: Once purchased, your domains will appear under Infra/Domains with an Active status, ready to be used in your campaigns.
• Error Handling: If any issues arise during the purchase, such as a failed transaction or unavailable domains, Eversend will display domains with Purchase failed status.

Auto-Saving Your Progress

Eversend’s domain purchase wizard includes an auto-save feature, ensuring that your progress is never lost if you need to step away or close the wizard.

• All entered information is automatically saved as a draft locally, allowing you to pick up right where you left off.
• If you leave the wizard while a job (like domain generation) is running, the job will continue in the background.
• When you relaunch the wizard, it will automatically load the last saved step of your draft.
• If you click Reset in the wizard, the draft will be discarded, and no information will be saved.
• If you've already chosen an account and closed the wizard, next time you open it you will continue exactly where you left off.

This auto-saving feature helps streamline your workflow, ensuring you can easily continue from where you left off, without losing any progress.
