Configuring Critical Notifications in Slack

You can set up critical alerts for your workspace to be delivered directly to a Slack channel. Follow the steps below to configure this feature:

Add a Slack Webhook URL to Eversend:

• Workspace admins need to retrieve the Slack webhook URL for their desired channel. Refer to Slack Webhook Instructions for guidance on how to obtain this URL.
• Go to the Eversend Infra Alerts Configuration Page.

• Enter your Slack webhook URL in the designated field and save your changes.

  Receive Notifications:

• Once configured, your workspace will start receiving all critical system notifications that are set up on the Eversend side.
• Future updates will allow you to customize the type and severity of alerts you wish to receive, giving you more control over notifications.
